Your card/mobile money is not charged as a subscription after payment. Your subscription is onetime and you'd have to resubscribe again when it's expired
If your card was charged multiple times for a single product, Kindly contact us via mail firstname.lastname@example.org or on telegram via this handle @FxBotSignalsSupport for a refund of the duplicate transactions.

Kindly allow up to 48 hours if you contacted support via telegram or email.
If you have not recieved any signals after subscribing to our VIP channel, worry not. The reason being is that signals sent are usually swing signals and thus could sometimes take a while to form. An additional one month is automatically added to your VIP subscriptions because of this.
Kindly note that once payment is made and you've joined our VIP channel, you cannot request for a refund. We only refund you when you have been charged multiple times or when your card was used to make a transaction on our platform without your permission
